Remove the screws 1.

Slightly press the lenovo thinkpad t430s keyboard and slide it a little bit forward, in the direction shown by the arrows 4, to detach the rear edge of the keyboard from the frame. Then, lift up the keyboard in the direction shown by the arrows 5.

Lift the keyboard in the direction shown by the arrow 6, and then detach the connector 7.

When installing the keyboard, do the following:

1. Attach the keyboard connector.

2. Attach the keyboard and ensure that the hooks a on the front edge of the keyboard are under the frame.

3. Gently press the keys with your palms and slightly slide the keyboard towards you until it snaps into position.

4. Secure the keyboard by tightening the screws from the bottom side of the computer.

How to Replace HP Pavilion dv6 Keyboard

1. Turn off you HP Pavilion dv6 notebook. Unplug the power cable and disconnect any external devices plugged into the notebook. Lift up the notebook and place it upside-down on a flat surface with the hp pavilion dv6 battery next to you.

2. Push the battery-release latch above the left side of the battery to the right to disengage it from the notebook. Remove the battery. Remove the three screws along the bottom of the battery bay using a Phillips-head screwdriver.

3. Loosen but do not remove the four screws on the outer edge of the base cover above the left side of the battery bay. Remove the cover.

4. Disconnect the hard drive cable extending from the left side of the hard drive, located in the upper-left corner of the bay, from the notebook. Slide the hard drive bracket to the left edge of the hard drive bay. Lift and remove the bracket.

5. Remove the screw below the lower-right side of the hard drive bay, and remove the screw in the lower-right corner of the base cover bay. Grab the optical drive on the upper-right edge of the laptop and pull it out of the HP Pavilion dv6 notebook.

6. Lift the HP Pavilion dv6 notebook and set it down right-side up. Open the display.

7. Lift the back of the hp pavilion dv6 keyboard and slide it back 1 inch toward the monitor. The keyboard ribbon cable that plugs into the notebook just above the mouse touch pad will be visible. Lift the black plastic connector about one-quarter of an inch and carefully pull the ribbon cable out and remove the old keyboard.

How to Disassemble a fan from Lenovo ideacentre A600 laptop and install the replacement?

1. Before removing any media (diskettes, CDs, or memory cards) from the drives, shut down your operating system, turn off all attached devices, and the computer Lenovo Ideacentre A600. Unplug all power cords from electrical outlets. Disconnect all cables attached to the computer. This includes power cords, input/output (I/O) cables, and any other cables that are connected to the computer.
2. Remove the five rubber caps covering the screws on the system cover.
3. Remove the five screws that secure the system cover to the chassis.
4. Release the left and right tabs from the connector housing, then pull each side of the cover out slightly , release the top tabs from the connector housing, then lift the cover away from the Lenovo Ideacentre A600.
5. Press the release latches on the system bay and open the system bay .
6. Now, you can see two fans. The left one is Lenovo Ideacentre A600 CPU fan and the right one is MXM fan. Remove the two screws that secure the CPU fan to the system bay. Disconnect the CPU fan cable from the system board and remove the CPU fan from the system bay . Remove the two screws that secure the MXM fan to the system bay. Disconnect the MXM fan cable from the system board and pull the MXM fan away from the system bay.
7. Reverse the procedure to install you new Lenovo Ideacentre A600 cooling fan.

How to dismantle Sony VAIO VGN-FE, VGN-AR series laptops and install keyboard.

1. Firstly, please turn off your Sony Vaio VGN-AR / VGN-FE Sereis laptop. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery.

2. Turn the laptop upside down. Remove the marked screws with a screwdriver.



3. Open your Sony Vaio VGN-AR / VGN-FExx laptop, release the keyboard cover with you fingers.

4. Remove the keyboard cover.


5. Remove the marked screws with a screwdriver.

6. Turn the Sony Vaio VGN-AR / VGN-FExx keyboard toward you and put it on the palmrest.


7. Disconnect the keyboard data cable in the direction of arrow and remove the Sony Vaio VGN-AR / FExx keyboard.


8. Reverse the procedure to install your new Sony Vaio VGN-AR / VGN-FExx keyboard.

How to replace Toshiba Satellite A40 A45 LCD inverter


This disassembly instruction should work for Toshiba Satellite A40 A45 series. If you find it doesn't match up with your laptop, please inform us. In this case the real laptop is Toshiba Satellite A40 A45 laptop.
1. Turn off your Satellite A40 A45 laptop. Please unplug the power adapter and remove the battery.

2. Using a sharp object, for example a small flat-head screwdriver, remove for rubber seals from the LCD bezel.

3. Remove four screws located under the rubber seals.
4. Start separating the LCD screen bezel from the LCD cover on the top of the panel.
Insert your fingers between the bezel and the LCD screen and carefully release the latches.

5. Continue removing the screen bezel working with your fingers. Finally, you'll have to release the latches on the bottom of the bezel. This is the hardest part in this disassembly process because the bezel has a strange shape. Remove the screen bezel.


6. Now, you can see the screen inverter. In order to remove the screen inverter you'll have to unplug cables on both sides of the inverter and remove one screw.
7. Reverse the procdure to install your new Toshiba Satellite A40 A45 screen inverter and assmeble your computer.
